This tool is used to link the current roles and responsibilities currently being demonstrated with those included in policies and procedures and other organizational guidance.
Communication Plan Evaluation and Development
We evaluate the client's communication and change management plan using generic standards. Six elements of the communication plan are evaluated and critiqued for improvement. A communication effectiveness scale is used to evaluate individual and organizational communications.
